Solitario Resources Corp., an exploration stage company, engages in the acquisition and exploration of precious metal, zinc, and other base metal properties in North and South America. It also explores for gold deposits. The company holds 100% interest in the Golden Crest gold project covering an area of approximately 33,000 acres of mining claims located in western South Dakota, Lawrence County; and 85% interest in the Chambara project, which consists of 12 concessions covering an area of approximately 9,661 hectares located in Peru. It also holds 100% interest in the Cat Creek project located in south-central Colorado. The company was formerly known as Solitario Zinc Corp. and changed its name to Solitario Resources Corp. in July 2023.
