The fund"s portfolio holdings will consist of four commodities futures holdings, one in each of the following commodities: corn, wheat, soybeans, and sugar. It will invest indirectly, via a wholly-owned subsidiary of the fund organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands, in commodity futures, which are standardized futures contracts on commodities traded on the CBOT or ICE.
